We asked Coralie, the founder of Madame a dit oui, a few questions.

1) Where do you find inspiration for designing your wedding dresses?

I draw inspiration from fashion, current trends, and the silhouettes of the 1970s. I love simple, clean lines and wedding dresses with a modern twist. My clients also inspire me greatly because all my designs are customizable, allowing brides to create the dress of their dreams by combining elements from different dresses (as long as there’s a certain cohesion).

2) What is your "signature"?

My designs often feature modern lace, embroidered tulle, and guipure lace. I would describe the wedding dresses in my collection as sophisticated, contemporary, and, above all, 100% customizable.

3) What is your favorite dress in your collection?

The Henriette dress, because it embodies the perfect blend of simplicity and bohemian style. It’s a chiffon dress with spaghetti straps and a lovely slit that peeks out as the bride moves. What I love most about this dress is its versatility: you can pair it with different blouses, and the look is completely different!

4) Any advice for future brides?

Trust yourselves—it’s your day and your choices. Plan a wedding that reflects who you are: free-spirited and uninhibited.

5) Do you have a memorable story involving a bride-to-be?

I’m often moved by the emotion that comes through during these fitting sessions. I often hear moms telling their daughters just how proud they are of them. It’s very touching and intimate. We experience precious moments—those moments when we cry and say “I love you,” words that are sometimes hard to say but that, nevertheless, do so much good.

6) How would you describe your style?

Simple, elegant, with a touch of bohemian flair.

7) What are the trends for weddings in 2024/2025?

This season, we're seeing lots of lace-free wedding dresses with a straight silhouette and long sleeves that end at the wrist. Bows, ruffles, and veils are making a big comeback, creating a sensual and ethereal look!

8) What motivates you to continue in this profession?

My greatest reward is the messages I receive from brides after their big day. They’re filled with love, and they’re what truly motivate me to keep going.
